Agreement

By using GoldVeldspar (Telegram bot, website, and related services), you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.

This is a placeholder for early access and may change before billing goes live.

GoldVeldspar provides read-only market snapshots and user-defined alert notifications for EVE Online.

We surface opportunities based on rules you configure. We do not execute trades, move ISK, or interact with the EVE client.

You may not use GoldVeldspar to facilitate real-money trading (RMT), botting, or any activity that violates CCP’s EULA or Telegram’s terms.

The service is detection and notification only. You are responsible for your in-game actions.

Alerts and /advice output show arithmetic on stale public data (typically up to ~10 minutes old) and exclude many real costs (fees, hauling, risk).

Nothing we send constitutes financial, legal, or investment advice. Trade at your own risk.

We aim for high uptime but provide the service “as is” without guarantees. Features and tier limits may change.

Free and paid tiers may apply watch limits and feature gates (e.g. /advice). Details will be published before charges begin.

Do not attempt to overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the API beyond normal product use.

We may suspend accounts that abuse rate limits or threaten service stability.
